At a recent Community Networking Social at TJ Callahan's Pub, sponsored by the Tewksbury Rotary Club, Jim Carter was recognized as the Rotarian of the Year for 2021, by current President, Ken Sprague.
Jim has been a long-time member of the Club, as is a past President as well. His unwavering commitment to the many projects the Tewksbury Rotary Club runs each year does not go unrecognized. In addition, he serves on many committees in the Town, and is always donating his time and talents to assist others.
Our Club is thankful for his guidance, participation, and good hearted nature.
